The office rental is all inclusive; exceptions are telephone line rentals and call charges, photocopying and fax facilities, meeting/conference room hire and business rates. Please contact us for current rental charges.
Clients will be responsible for paying the business rates for their respective offices. Under current legislation each of the Innovation Centre offices qualifies for Small Business Rates Relief at the rate of 50%.
