Management Development Associate

Although originally a chemist, Geoff has spent most of his working life as a business owner.  He has over 30 years experience in entrepreneurial management and management development.  Currently, he is a director of a property company and a freelance business consultant.

He has a special interest in behavioural psychology, related to issues of workplace communication, motivation, inter-personal relationships, team working and consumer behaviour.  (Management Psychology studied as one of his MBA electives).

He spends much of his time designing and delivering business management and marketing workshops for clients in both the public and private sectors.
